As mentioned, the garage house will be on a tertiary street. This will mean very low traffic, and the ability for the automobile to pull out of the garage directly on the public street. There will be no basement, and the second floor will function like an 1 bedroom apartment. The width is 25′ while the depth is 30′ for a total of 750sf. This will of course mean a smaller outdoor space, but it will be worth it considering the square footage of the second floor. As with all of the units, there will be an elevator. This is still used even though everything is on floor, the elevator will make traversing the first and second floor easier on me as I age. The roof will have the elevator room, OTA antenna, and solar panels.
